Our Approach

Understanding often comes before coping.

Rooted in psychoeducation and created by a therapist, Settled Minds helps young people make sense of anxiety, overthinking and exam stress by explaining what is happening in their brain and body in a clear, relatable way. Through short audio sessions, students develop greater understanding of their internal experiences, helping to build emotional literacy, reduce self-blame, and navigate challenges with greater confidence.

For Schools

Settled Minds has been designed to fit easily within secondary school environments. The programme can be used during wellbeing lessons, within guidance or pastoral spaces, or accessed independently by students using a secure school login.

With minimal preparation required from staff, the audio sessions provide a simple way for schools to introduce conversations around anxiety, overthinking and exam pressure in a calm, structured format. By giving students language and understanding around their internal experiences, schools can strengthen early wellbeing support while helping reduce stigma and encourage help-seeking when needed.
